Making Insurance

January 11 2011

Hey! It’s 1.11.11! Have you heard that if you look at the clock and it’s 11:11, you ‘re suppose to make a wish? What happens if you make a wish at 11:11 on 1.11.11? Does your wish come true or does it become crazy? Like if I asked for a brand new car, will it give me a car from the future instead? Talk about brand new.

Let’s see what else happened on January 11th:

1569 – First recorded lottery in England.
1759 – In Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the first American life insurance company is incorporated.
1878 – Milk is first delivered in bottles.
1922 – First use of insulin to treat diabetes in a human patient.
1949 – First recorded case of snowfall in Los Angeles, California.
